I am a specialty photographer in Ottawa, Illinois. I work for the Newspaper and do a lot of side projects including weddings, portraits and band shoots. I like to expand ideas into something artistic and meaningful.

I am fascinated with light and shadows, and have often been called the "Light King" especially with my popular rim lighted shots.

My motto is "Work passionately and have fun". Otherwise it is merely "work" and not passion.

You will usually find me on the ground or in a tree trying the angles and things that are unique/different. Most important of all is getting to know my clients, studying their classic looks and expressions to get a photo to show their real personality or to capture the moment.
